Billaud Simon, Chablis Vaudesir Vintage:2023 I especially noticed the roasted(from a . 71 ha parcel; 100% new wood). As one might reasonably expect given the penchant for Vaudsir to always be quite ripe, there is moderate exoticism to the pear and white peach scents that still manage to display a touch of Chablis character in the form of ocean breeze nuances. The punchy, powerful and mineral inflected flavors possess good mid palate concentration as well as fine length. Overall, this is perfectly good but not really
