Domaine Eleni & Edouard Vocoret 'Butteaux' 1er Cru Chablis 2019 1.5L ISLAND WINE The full and elegant attackEleni and Edouard's holdings in the premier cru Butteaux are 0. 32 hectare. The soil is Kimmeridgian (superieur), pre dominantly argilo calcaire. The vines are 60 years old and all selection massale. Edouard and Eleni met while working the 2010 harvest in New Zealand. Soon after they were married and on their way back to Chablis to take over a small piece of Edouard's family domaine. Edouard's family owns Domaine Vocoret & Fils, a large and
