Vintage Sequin Parrot Applique 1940s Hand Sewn Unused NOS Large cashmere This is an early 60sThis is a gorgeous old hand sequined parrot appliqu that came from the remaining inventory of the workshop of a lady who had a trim and sequining business from the 1930s through to the 1960s. She supplied many of the dressmakers and couturiers located in Canada and the US. I estimate that this piece most likely dates to the 1940s due to its style and the type of sequins used.
