They are made of cast iron and are referred to as the Spider candle holder, although Dansk called them the Tiny Taper Holder. Both of them have some candle wax residue on them, most of which I removed, but youll have to put some more effort into them to completely remove all of it. Each measures 4 1 4 in diameter. This is a nice pair of candle
